SHIPPING & RETURNS. 


All U.S. purchases will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise communicated. Each piece is unique in sizing so shipping will vary.  Some art work is not framed and will be shipped rolled, this will be noted in the paintings description. 

If you live in the Coachella Valley and would like to pick up at the studio or arrange to have it delivered please email info@lauraneilfineart.com

We try to ship everything ASAP but sometimes life happens. Please allow 2-3 weeks for US orders and 3-4 weeks for International orders. 

I will notify you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need your order by a certain date please contact me to discuss and I will do my best to meet your deadline.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Out of the USA?  

No problem, we ship internationally.  Please email info@lauraneilfineart.com and we will determine the actual international shipping rate.  I will email you a separate invoice for the additional international shipping charges which are due before your order can be shipped .  Shipments outside the U.S. do not include charges for any additional handling, VAT, duties, customs charges, taxes or import fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may need to be paid prior to delivery. 

 

RETURNS. I want you to love it!

I take pride in all of my pieces and I want you to love them also. If you have any questions on color, size etc.  please email me before you purchase.  I am happy to send additional photos and videos to make sure the painting will work in your space.  If you send me a photo of your space I can place the painting "virtually" into the room which will give you a better idea of how the painting will look. Because of this, all sales are final unless we have discussed your concerns in advance. 

 

DAMAGED GOODS.  Say it ain’t so. 

Please inspect your painting as soon as it arrives. These paintings want to shine in their new spaces. Leaving the painting in it's packaging for any length of time after you receive it can cause damage. In the unlikely case it is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damaged painting, the damaged packaging and  contact me within 48 hours. I will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
